MARBLING AND STENCILING WITH POLISHED PLASTER – COURSE INFORMATION

This is a two day course for anyone who has completed my polished plaster course and wants to learn how to achieve stunning marble effects and stencil designs using traditional plaster made of lime and marbledust.

We will be working on 6 large boards which are yours to take home and the finishes you will learn are:

MARBLE EFFECTS, 4 DIFFERENT METHODS:
1. White plaster with black/grey veining to replicate a Cararra marble.
2. Black plaster with metallic veining
3. A fantasy marble using colours of your choice
4. Polished travertine
STENCILLING:
1. Raised stencil design
2. Stencil design embedded in the plaster
You’ll be delighted and surprised by the beautiful effects you will achieve in such a short time.

The class is taught by Jo Poulton, a professional specialist decorator with over twenty years experience.
